Hotel Application Lodged
Skybury Coffee has lodged a Development Application with Mareeba Shire Council seeking preliminary approval for a major resort style hotel at the Skybury Coffee Plantation. The hotel would contain 170 rooms, with associated conference facilities. A day spa would also form part of the development.
New Function Packages for 2008
The Australian Coffee Centre has launched new function pacakages for 2008. The packages include new menu choices for lunch and evening functions, as well as reduced hire rates for our theatre and coffee lab for day time functions.
For eveining functions, we have introduced a flat rate fee for the hire of the whole building. This allows you the option of organising your own catering. Alternatively, we can look after all your catering needs.

A Musical Soiree at Skybury Coffee
The musical soiree held at The Australian Coffee Centre was a great success and received glowing reviews in the Cairns Post. Ambre Hammond proved a particular hit with the guests.
